2 cartons (one 16 oz and one 8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
1 pkg (3 oz) strawberry gelatin
1/2 cup boiling water
1 cup (8 oz) strawberry yogurt
Topping:
2 TB graham cracker crumbs
1-1/2 tsp sugar
1-1/2 tsp butter, melted
Layer 1:
Combine cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press into an ungreased 13x9" pan. Refrigerate for 15 min.
Layer 2:

It just says "1/2 boiling water"...I'm assuming that's 1/2 cup, right?
Sorry about that..I will fix it :)
Do you cool the gelatin before you add the yogurt and whipped cream? Looks yummy!!
No cooling necessary. : )

My mom used to make something like this too - she's been gone over 16 years - I'm going to try this today for our (Canadian) Thanksgiving dessert!
